Sales of Print Books Up in Canada

One per cent doesn’t sound like a lot, but it’s a trend in the right direction. From Publishers Weekly: Print book unit sales in Canada were up by 1% in 2015, compared to the previous year, according to sales tracking service BookNet Canada. “World’s Biggest Bookstore” Will Close in February

The Toronto retail space at 20 Edward Street, just north of Toronto Eaton Centre, that has billed itself as “the world’s biggest bookstore” since the early 1980s has been sold to developers.
