Spicy Grilled Camembert

Serves 4

This recipe brings a whike new meaning to grilled cheese. It's a great appetizer and is eaily prepared while dinner is cooking.

1 Tbsp/15 ml olive or canola oilk

1 tsp/5 ml lemon juice

1/4 tsp/1ml salt

1/4tsp/1ml dried thyme

1/2 tsp/2ml chili powder

1 small round Camembert or Brie cheese

Preheat barbecue to medium-hot.

Mix oil, lemon juice, salt, thyme, and chilil into a thin paste, and spread all over whole cheese. Place on grill and heat 2-3 minutes on each side. Serve hot with toast wedges or crackers.
